U-Flow is an entertainment brand that turns everything we love to drink into fun and unique experiences. Our store is only virtual and we deliver all over the United Kingdom.

Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws of the United Kingdom, foreign jurisdictions, and international conventions.

The Content and the Marks are provided on the Site “AS IS” for your information and personal use only. Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Use, no part of the Site and no Content or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission.

Purchasing modalities

At the moment the U-Flow store offers standard type of purchase with STANDARD delivery. All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.

In the STANDARD option, the delivery time is up to 95 working days, this is because we make small batches to order. In most occasions’ delivery time is 5-10 working days.

How to buy?

The process is simple. You will enter the U-Flow website, select the product you want and then click on the purchase link. You will be taken to a secure PCI safe ordering portal with our preferred payment gateway PAYPAL. Please ensure you have accurately captured your shipping details and if it is a business you state as much, to avoid further delivery delays.

Product warranty

The warranty period for all U-Flow products is 30 (thirty) days from the actual delivery of the product.

General wear and tear is not covered by the 30 day warranty.

Product return

With purchases made on the site, if upon receiving the product, you decide to return it or exchange it, you must do so within 14 working days, counting from the date of receipt. If you decide to return, the item must not have been used.

The product must be sent in the original packaging or in a sealed box, accompanied by the invoice, with the data of the recipient and sender. We will carry out the exchange or return if we do not find signs of use.

Defective product

If upon receipt of the product, you identify any defect, immediately send an email to our customer service: complaints@uflow.co.uk

Ease revert to the 30-day warranty.

Cancellation

The consumer can cancel the purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. The product must be returned in its original packaging, without any sign of use and accompanied by the invoice. The credit for the refunded amount will depend on your card issuer.

Exchanges

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged on receipt of ordered item/s. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at sales@uflow.co.uk  with details of the product and the defect.

Exceptions

We do our best to ensure that the products we deliver to you are of a high quality, and in good working order and without defects.

What is a defect? A defect is a material imperfection in the manufacture of a product or any characteristic of a product, which makes the product less acceptable than one would reasonably be entitled to expect in the circumstances.

Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include:

  • faults resulting from normal wear and tear;
  • damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product;
  • damage arising from electrical surges or sea air corrosion;
  • damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product;
  • damage arising from unauthorized alterations to the product;
  • where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the Website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you; and
  • in relation to Unboxed Deals or used products, signs of handling and/or repackaging.
  • faults or defects found or notified after 30 days. Please see Product Warranty section.

Shipping

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
